Sounds like a bit of a cop out to me. If you have pride in your work and your workplace isn't it worth keeping it tidy yourself?

On the other hand footer i think using unskilled labour to clean up is a good way to teach them the importance of the work.

I've just read that back to myself and realised how sanctimonius it sounds. God I sound like a prig. The basic point however is I believe true.
