Default Quantum Storage Bins and other Storage Questions

I've been looking into the available storage bin-and-shelf units for the electrics shop. Currently things are very unorganized, as the main workbench has a cubby-style wooden organizer, and the lamps all sit off in a dark corner in a state of confusion. I like the products offered by Quantum, especially this unit here:

Do you think this would be a reasonable sized system for an electrics shop responsible for a very rough approximate of 200 fixtures and 1500+ feet of cable, plus all the usual accessories? We currently have other shelving units housing top hats, barn doors and the like, but I think a bin system like this would be great for nuts, bolts, sheet metal screws, stagepin connectors, spare 6" lenses, lamp base caps, A-lamps, tools and all the other usual small parts.

Additionally, might a system like this be useful for S4 par lenses? Currently they reside in their original boxes in a filing cabinet, makign them hard to search and find.
