I guess that would work. Probably goign to want a 100W max
bulb. We just have normal incandescent lights on the walls. I'm not sure if the bulb is blue or if the plastic shell is, I've never opened one. You can certainly get blue incandescent lightbulbs, either at your hardware store, or the local electrical supply place probably has them. Incandescents would be a much cheaper solution also.
