I didn't even see the chart. I do feel obligated to point out one error on the chart though. The 902-928 and 2400-2450 bands are actually allocated to the Amateur Radio Service in the US, and licensed amateurs have priority over unlicensed devices (Wi-Fi, cordless phones,
etc).
