quick reply
recently i have found that i dont see the quick reply box at the bottom of most posts, but it still appears on some. since this feature is very convenient for replying to posts i was wondering how i could fix this.

hmm... yet another anomaly... it should appear at the bottom of every thread page.
I don't know what it is, but I'll keep an eye out to see if I get the error as well.
