NuWiki signs me out?

When I go into the NuWiki, it seems to always sign me out of CB. Does this happen to anyone else?

And, is there anything even on the NuWiki? I can't seem to access any information in there, just the how-to, and other linked information.

I think this wiki thing is great... even though i have no clue what it does or how to use it. I have read and re read the instructions and for the life of me have no clue how to post or why. Nor do I want to learn code.

It is to complicated for the average computer user to figure out.

Im sure someone will use it and find it really cool but it aint going to be me.

I guess this means I've got some serious work to do to make this a viable addon for the community.

Basically a wiki is an evolving encyclopedia/glossary/dictionary and to use it, you click add new article and make the title of the entry the word you want. eg, I want to write an entry about fresnel... then "fresnel" would be title. Then the body of the post would be all about fresnels. The cool thing is that whenever the word "fresnel" appears in the forum posts on the site, it will automatically link the work to the definition/articel that was written about it.

What makes NuWiki powerful is that if you see a definition/article and you see some incorrect information or you want to add more information about it, then you just click the edit button below the entry and you can add or correct the information.

Is that a better explanation?

I can barely code a link, yet I just edited an entry on XLR.

I also have the issue with being logged out as soon as I visit the nuwiki homepage. I have a tendency to open up the "new posts" window and go right down the list opening tabs for all the threads I want to read, and halfway down that list today I jumped back to the top and went to the nuwiki homepage and all the links I opened after that had me logged out. I'm guessing that a session variable gets distroyed by nuwiki that messes up vBulletin... but that's just a very uneducated guess :-)

hmm... I can't seem to replicate the sign out issue. can you sign out, close the browser, delete the controlbooth.com cookie, open the browser, and then sign back in to see if that clears the issue?
