I think it is very limiting to everyone that only supporters can post. What if some kid has an emergency and needs to ask a question, and of course there isnt time to wait for people to respond to their post.

The chat we try to keep for small talk. You'd be surprised how quickly we (the community) will respond to a urgent request for help!
Here are some examples: Need quick help with lamps!, Just a quick question..., HELP! I need a quick fix! There is a really really good thread that comes to mind but I can't remember the topic or title. Been searching for an hour but I can't find it. Either way, it was a question about 5 minutes before a show and a serious issue came up, we had a solution for him in about 30 seconds. It was very nicely done.
