The chat link is not working, when i click on it i get a smilies page, of how to type a bunch of different smilies.

When I click Chat in the Nav bar, I too get redirected to the Smilies page.

Alright, now everybody can view it and only CB Supporters can post. Unfortunately, due to a limitation of the Chat system, I can't block regular users and allow CB supporters as well. We are working on it, but this is the best solution I've got for the time being.
