Weird post reply title...
I replied to this thread. The automatically generated title line of my reply reads, "Re: %26quot%3BLocal%26quot%3B Theatrical Supply Shops". Weird.

ah, the infamous quot error. For some reason the site changed the " to two single ' together and then a browser bug caused them to be misrendered.
