Off Line Editors
Although Off Line Editors (OLEs) were originally designed to make changes to a show while away from the theatre, they now also function as educational tools, allowing users to become familiar with a console without requiring access to one.

ETC
ETC EOS/ION/Element OLE/Network Client
The EOS OLE allows users to not only manipulate shows & learn the console, when connected to the same network as a console it allows users to remotely control the EOS/ION.

ETC Congo/Congo Jr OLE/Network Client
Does exactly the same thing as the EOS OLE, except it controls the Congo family of consoles.

Simple Console emulator with the ability to edit shows.

Expression Off-Line
For Expression/Insight 2 and above, and all Express consoles. A drawback for Express and Insight users is that it mimics the layout of the Expression3, so keys do not appear on screen in the same location as on the console. Windows only.

Emulates all Hog consoles and with the USB-DMX widget can control shows.

Strand
Offline editor for Strand Palette family
Works as backup console. Also can be plugged into console DMX output in case console fails.

Strand 300/500 OLE
Works as an offline editor, has major problems importing shows from a floppy disk drive (Needs Collaborative Article to explain) original OLE can be networked, but as this is an emulated version it would be incredibly difficult to do. Other useful software includes Strand Show Port that exports *.SSF (Strand Show Files) into various formats.

All OLEs came from the manufacturer's site with the exception of the Strand 300/500 OLE, made by Strand but made compatible with Windows operating systems by Mac Calder using "Free DOS".
