Sweeney Todd Shaving scene...
Hey, so I'm looking into how to do the shaving scene from Sweeney Todd for a friend of mine. If anybody has done it before or has any ideas on how to work the Sweeney/Pirelli shave-off so that the beard (false of course) can be "shaven" off cleanly post them here. Thanks so much.

Train your Sweeney to shave skillfully. Start off with all your ensemble having beards. Rotate them through each night.
(Don't take me seriously).
