Default LightingTrainer.COM Update 10/5/08

LightingTrainer.COM Update

LightingTrainer.COM Home Page

I first want to warn everyone from this forum that our spotlight video is "that song" from TSO but I found some good amateur videos of the fantastic finale of the live TSO concert in 08. It really rocks!

FYI, we also recently posted an hour or so worth of video showing the Olympic opening ceremonies in Beijing. If you didn't get to see some of the great highlights, you have to watch the largest lighting/media show ever.

On the Basic page you will find a set of videos describing what a lighting career is like along with a commercial about being a lighting tech.

You will also find on the Basic page an interesting set of videos about trouble shooting a lighting issue in a theater. The in-house tech decided to post their problem and although it was fixed, apparently it is still a mystery for them. Can you say what the issue was?

You will find the TSO video on our Miscellaneous page along with a cut from Michael Jackson's last rehearsals.

On the console page you will find a series for the Elation Show Designer 2. This week we will be adding videos for the Smartfade and the Congo.

So as you can see there is always plenty of new stuff to view and learn about at LightingTrainer.COM. If you look around further, you will quite likely find even more new stuff.

Please visit today and often so that your career will remain strong and viable in an industry that demands that you keep up!

We also would like to welcome aboard our first set of industry sponsors for LightingTrainer.COM. We knew this project would be tough but with the backing of these types of sponsors we all can now be sure that LightingTrainer.COM will be around for years to come.

Please be sure to consider all sponsorship products because it is these companies and organizations who make LightingTrainer.COM free and available 24/7 to the hungry mind and this say's that they obviously care about YOU!
