Default LEGO

I am an AFOL (Adult Fan Of Lego) and participate in a local LUG (Lego User Group). I also run a website for a particular subtheme of Lego, called ApocaLego. It's a lot of fun and is a HUGE stress-reliever.

P.S. Let's see if anyone can find my lego site.

Ok, so I looked up ApocaLego on Google, and found a flicker site for it... I want in. Now to get all my old legos up here... I am glad to find that I am not the only one who enjoys playing with legos still...

Ok so where do you get all the weapons? I have only seen a few that lego makes, but it seems that these guys have little AKs and whatnot. I have to say, I have found my new hobby. This looks like amazing fun!

The LEGO "gene" has been passed down through my dad to me, and I have fully embraced it. He built the Imperial Star Destroyer a while back (the giant 3,000+ one) and I've always been putting together, taking apart, putting back together, etc. all the sets I get for Christmas, birthdays, and whatnot.

I wanna see a LEGO Source 4!

Actually, I went on a kick for a while in grade school about making a theater with legos. I believe we made source 4s out of a cylinder, a block with a brick that can go at a right angle to the plane normally used, and a hook. The catwalks are kind of awkward tho, because they cant really be as narrow as you might find them in real life... Now I want to see if i can build a counterweight fly system with electric pipes and such...

I've got custom weapons from BrickArms but there is a guy on flickr who has a gallery of weapons made from standard lego parts. It's worth checking out! Guns Museum v. 5 on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I'm planning on working on some LEGO theatre stuff after I finish my current project.

My 5 year old is starting to really get into Lego's. Sorry Honey I know it's expensive but I just had to buy the giant Millennium Falcon kit... it's for the boy's birthday.
