Default Coemar Pro Spot 250 LX Issues

So I have a Coemar Pro Spot 250 LX that is approx 1 year old which is having gobo issues. Cannot figure it out so I'm appealing for help. Replaced the step motors so thats not the issue. Here is the problem. The gobo wheel will not fully spin. When I try to cycle through the gobos it looks more like a shake feature as it tries to rotate or change but will not. If I manually place the gobo wheel on open will will stay that way for a few minutes then will decide not to work again. For the life of me I cannot figure it out. Thought it could be the sensor but don't see why that would keep it from rotating. Anyone have any ideas why this will not rotate or change properly?

Have you tried looking at the connections from the motor to the PCB?

Bingo thanks. Cable had a short at the connection on the motor! Simple fix that I just never thought of. Thanks!
