    SM:
    LIGHTS:
1.The scroller in channel 140 is not working again.

    ME:
Scroller 140 and I sat down and proactively discussed why it is not doing its job to its full potential. Scroller 140 told me that it is old and tired and feels that it is not being appreciated amongst the other scrollers that do exactly the same job. Scroller 140 feels that it is a team player and that there is no “I” in “Team Arden”, but it did however notice that Scroller 139, gets an additional cue in the climactic scene where Captain Hook gets eaten by the Crocodile.

I let Scroller 140 know that if it continues to work to its full potential that some day in the future it could be swapped out with Scroller 139 and intern getting the big break it’s been waiting for.

Scroller 140 has agreed to these terms and promises to try harder. As Scroller 138, is the delegate for the Local Scrollers Union, it has been notified in writing of this infraction, and will follow up.

I did find it very funny and was laughing out loud. I just didn't know how to reply. I think I found it as funny as I did due to the fact that a large part of my job entails building new scrollers and repairing "misbehaving" ones.

So don't feel bad, I appreciated it.

They are rental Coloram II's, they are constantly breaking down. The tape on the scroll comes undone, they tear, they bind up and stress the motor till the fuse blows, they slip the senser.

On a run that is close to two months its been quite fun!

Likewise. I thought it was clever and humorous I just don't work with unions or scrollers so I didn't really have anything to say.
