Automated Fixtures - VL 2 and 4 control converter

Is there a way to connect a VL 2 and 4 moving light fixture to DMX through an arduino or some other device?

That's the only way that I know of...

Series 200 gear (VL2b, VL2c, VL4) all require the DMX200 Interface.
Series 300 gear (VL5, VL6, VL7, VLM) require a a Smart Repeater.

thank you jxgriffi, we have a dmx200 Interface but do not have a cable to connect to the Series 200 gear.
