ETC Element Training Video 1-09 Question

Hi, I was watching YouTube - ETCVideoLibrary's Channel and there are a couple times where Cue 1 runs in 5 seconds as opposed to the indicated 1 second in the Cue List (ex. 2:46). What is making this cue run in 5 seconds?

I think he's got the Go To Cue time set to 5 seconds so when he does a manual [Go To Cue] 1 it takes 5 seconds to complete. It's a setting under Desk Setup.
