Control/Dimming - MagicQ & Artnet

Scenario: I've magicQ installed on a spare laptop. I have an Enttec USB dongle.

Is it possible to use the laptop's ethernet port send out Art-net to any listening nodes using magicQ OR do I have to use the dongle and send that into a Artnet Node to be converted into UDP before going into a router?

Ok, after a bit more research I see that it is totally possible. Now fo rhte real question, as any of our forum members used Artnet from a pc to support Chamsys? What periphery equipment to you have? I am begining to build a price list for future equipmemnt needs.
