Support Issue with grand master on Leprecon 1636

Hi all! Having an issue with the grand master on a Leprecon 1636 console at another venue. I have been asked to troubleshoot the issue, but can't seem to figure it out.

The grand master does not dim 12 or so of the 40+ conventionals in the rig. They remain at full even when the GM is set to 0. The individual channel faders for these 12 or so fixtures, however, do dim them. I have read and re-read the manual for the console and cannot find any setting that would make this possible.

    Any ideas?

Peculiar. I see nothing in the console's manual.pdf that would enable this behavior.

    Have you contacted Leprecon at

    There's also a toll-free number, (888) 422-3537

I've never run across anything in a Leprecon console that would be an intentional setting to decouple channels from the GM, so my suspicions would be that a software glitch has crept in, or a chip somewhere in the mastering circuit has failed. If so, probability is high you'll end up sending back to the factory for repair.
The things that can go wrong, will go wrong, in precisely the order you are least prepared for.
