Automated Fixtures - Volkslicht for rent

Anyone have a source for renting four to six GLP Volkslicht instruments for a week on very short notice? Online, I'm having a hard time finding anyone local-ish (in or near Texas) that rents moving LED fixtures at all. But I'm interested in trying the GLP's for purchase, but I don't feel right about asking for free demo units for a show!

Since they are just starting to roll them out, you won't find too many guys with them just yet, but the deal they are running on them right now is pretty fantastic! You should shoot them an email and let them know your situation, they could point you in the right direction or maybe send you some to play with.

As Pie said, contacting the US distributor http://www.germanlightproducts.com/ * will be your best bet. They know to whom they've sold them.

Get over this mindset! There's no better way to know if a fixture is the right one for purchase. And it's done all the time. I'd be weary of a manufacturer who wouldn't let me demo a product in my own space and in reasonable time.
