    Default Omnisistem Excel/Martin Freekie Compatibility

I found an excellent deal on a large load of Omnisistem LED Excel Indoor lights. I use a Martin Freekie controller and despite checking all the addresses, the light doesnt respond to the board. Could there be a compatibility issue? Would there ever be a scenario that it simply wont work with the Freekie? I read about polarity switches, what happens if the board doesnt have one?

Are you sure you have them addressed properly? Each fixture if you want them individually controlled take up 5 addresses each, or if you wan them all ganged together 5 addresses. If the later make sure they are set for DMX channel 1 on the dip switches. Make sure you have a terminator at the end of the line, and please don't use mic cable anywhere in the chain.
