Hi ControlBooth community,

A colleauge of mine recently purchased a DMX to USB 'adapter' to control any of our LX rigs with.

My question is does anybody have any recommendations on software to use for this, free if possible for use with Windows (mainly 7).

I do not have the model or manufacturer to hand, is there any generic programs for this?

Every interface needs different drivers and different sets of instructions, so no, there aren't really cross model options...

As had been said, depends on the device. One of the more popular ones is from Enttec, you might take a look at this page:

At least you will be able to check out some options. and Chamsys is one of the more popular ones.
