Default A good cheap light to learn and play with.

hello I am looking for a cheap yet good MH to purchase to learn and play with. I am planning on using MagicQ to operate it...is that good, or should I be using something different?

I am interested in the MX-Qspot LED 2000 since it offers a lot for its price.

    Let me know, thanks!

If you don't need high reliability you might consider something used. That might also give you some good 'guts' experience. You can also see if you can get on as an intern somewhere that has some. Your Uni doesn't have any?

A moving head that is cheap and good. . . I suppose you also want it to be fast?

If you just want a moving head to learn with something cheap or used woukd be sufficient. Assuming that you want a prsm and iris etc a MAC500 used might be a good option.
