    Default power supply to diodes

    Hello All.
I have a bunch of 5w Cree LED mini moving head lights (very very similar to martin mac 101 rgb)
Anyway, they took a very heavy dew at an outdoor event recently
And now one of them just flickers weakly on all the diodes, like a low intensity white strobe effect
This happens whether it is dmx controlled or manual set and sometimes it will momentary operate normally when you power it up only to go back to the weak white strobe.
For some reason the first thing that comes to my mind is that the diodes are somehow not recieveing the proper power.

Any advice on where to start on testing/repairing this fixture?

    Thanks

Could be a power supply issue, flickering could be caused by several things, but sounds like it could be a capacitor issue with the power supply.
