Default LED's for TV Broadcast Studio?

A potential customer is looking for DMX LED fixtures to use in a TV Broadcast Studio.
Any recommendations on a quality fixture suitable for broadcast use (e.g. flicker free, correct color temp., other stuff I'm not yet familiar with, etc.)?

The Brickblaster Pro WNC was designed for that market... LED Fixtures | The Black Tank
    Tuneable white (2800K to 6800K) using XM-L Cree LED's, 3100 Lumens (50 Watts), flicker free, ultra-compact 4" cube.
I was part of the design team on these products, so am not a "user".. but the WNC has been out for over a year now, and has been really well received.
You can find reviews on the website, or with a Google search "Brickblaster Pro"... or give the shop a call and talk to Mike (lead Engineer for Black Tank).

I'm not a TV guy but...

    1) Agreed, the Black Tank products are pretty cool and worth looking into.

    2) The Mole LED is a very interesting product that was specifically designed for film and studio. It fires LED's into carefully tuned phosphor domes which cover the LED's. The phosphors then glow the correct color temperature and thus avoide the issues that other LED products have.

    3) Our old friends at ETC of course have a solution to consider as well. Take a look at the ETC Seledor Pearl which was designed for studio use.

None of these are cheap solutions but I believe they are all good solutions.

There is also the Studio Panel to check out. It was designed for studio and on location use. I would give you the sales pitch, but you can look into it online. Let me know if you would like me to get you in contact with someone to arrange a demo.

Litepanels has a complete line of LED studio and location fixtures from small on-camera options to Fresnel's to HMI replacements. Check them out here.
