Default something wrong with WYSIWYG 10

Hi,

I downloaded Wysiwyg release 10 demo/viewer from Cast lighting. It all seems to be running fine until i try to hang a fixture on a truss or pipe. Wysiwyg completely crashes. I did read the Wysiwyg 10 knows issues file but cannot find my problem there.

Have someone else experienced this?

I have also had this problem, but I have a real educational version with the dongle, and it only happens on my laptop. I have no problems on my desktop with wysiwyg v10.

Not having used the software, but reading these two posts, have you updated the video drivers on your computer to the latest? That may be the culprit.

Hi

sorry about the late answer

I have no dongle connected to wysiwyg, because I just downloaded the demo version to test it.

As for the video drivers I will test it right away.

Thanks 8)
