Element delivery?

Does anyone know if the ETC Element is shipping yet? I've heard rumors that people who have ordered them still haven't gotten it. We are looking in to ordering one, but I don't know if that's such a great idea if we won't get it for another year. :/

Element is shipping a rate of about 50 per week. It will take us a few weeks to chew through the backlog of orders.

Feel free to call your dealer to ask for a firm ship date. If you have an urgent requirement or firm date, we will try to accommodate you.

This is BTW, the original lighting console for the Whitman Theater at Brooklyn College, my home for the past 28 years. Found this photo in a book titled "Stage Scenery and Lighting, Samual Selden and Hunton D. Sellman".

And if ETC ever starts an "Ion for Insight", or "Eos for Expression" trade in, then it's off to Litetrol for a midnight raid of some of the classics Steve Short has been collecting over the years.
