If I create a show file in Element Offline, can I export it and load it into the actual console?

I do not have an element or am I familiar with the offline software but in almost every offline version of any console I've used you can either save/"back up" to a flash drive.

Ok, I figured you probably could.
In your experience, the Offline show file is the same format as a show file created on the console itself? |

Yes, a lot of times I will set up patches, groups, some cues, color palettes, etc. beforehand when I don't have access to the console then just plug in the flash drive to the console and the file is exactly the same.
