Standard phase control with reverse phase control dimming
 Has anyone out there been able to find a lighting control that will dim electronic LV fixtures on the same circuit with magnetic LV fixtures?Since they different phase control  !

Not on the same circuit, but in the same dimming rack...
You could use a ELV10 module in a Sensor or Unison Dimming rack

Just what Starksk said. on the same circuit ? No.
And BTW IPS dimmers allow you to set forward or reverse phase control on any dimmer, stock, no special modules needed.
