Default High End ColorSpot 250's

Has anyone every worked with these instruments? I am going to be using them for an upcoming show and want to know what the user experience is like.

P.S.. the board is an ETC Express 48/96. I know movers suck on the board, I used it with Robe lights last year.

Thanks
K

I ran into this light when I was doing a user test of our moving light softwaree. My memory is that the field was pretty uneven, and the fixture was noisy. It does have CMY mixing. Intensity is not terrible, but not wonderful either.

Re the console - if you have many of them you might want to look at something that is better suited to movers than the express. If you're interested in an expensive software solution running on your PC give me a PM and we can see if our product would be a good match.
