Default What???needing help programming a Chauvet???Yes way!

Hi All.

Im using a Chauvet Stage designer 50, with having 1/8 inch of information in the manual, youtube and the internet sites has come in handy, if found lol. when I turn on the 1 channel on the controller it's self, @ 35% brightness, cans 3 & 4 only will be slightly lit. At 100%, All 4 cans turn on. Is this becasue the channel that cans #1 &2 are set as a relay? And, due to having all the cans on seperate channels on the DMX 4, why are they on 1 channel on the controller? I assume do one can at a time when programming?

(Im learning)....slowy.

Step 1- Flush the memory with a full reset. (see page 11) For some reason, I have to do this on every new Chauvet board. I think they go through a testing procedure at the factory that leaves things in an incomprehensible mode! Either that, or the things get blasted by X-ray by homeland security when the cargo comes in the country and the memory gets mashed. In any case, so far, a good reset has fixed the problem every time.
