I am trying to locate lenses for my Strant Leko 25/50 zoom instruments. I have multiple instruments with cracked lenses due to the use of a higher powered lamp. I did find that these instruments came out around 1996, but that doesn't help me find replacement parts. Also i am looking for the locking thumb screw and bump thing for the lamp base. A few of them have dissapeared into the black abyss.

Anyone that can get Strand parts should be able to get these parts. Otherwise the lens should be fairly standard parts if you can accept a potentially lesser quality lens.
Had I needed parts, I would start at a Strand supplier. I take it for granted that MI stands for Mississippi. In that case, I'm not sure who a stand supplier near you would be but I'm sure the Strand website would lead you to your nearest one. |
