Default RBG color mixing utility . . . great for LEDs

Now you can see every color of the rainbow with this slick RBG utility.

You can down load it here:

Another fun little toy, not quite as cool as that gobo rotator software, but very useful especially as a teaching tool. Thanks!

IS THERE SOMETHING LIKE THIS WITH CMY?!???!

questionquestionquestionquestion!!!!

I'm getting a Hog2 for my Talent Show this year, and from what I can tell there is no wonderful touchscreen "I'm going to show you a rainbow of colors and you're going to presss the one you want" option, and I had it on the Maxxyz and I frigging want it again. So I figure if I can't do the actual point and touch on the Hog2, I can at least find some way to get the values via a visual rainbow system, and then just input into the board.

I figure I can do it via MaxxyzPC if need be, but is there a better way--like this program?

See if they will rent you an iPC. Hog3 has the color picker, and usually you can get an iPC for cheaper then a Hog2.

I thought about adding CMY sliders to the gobo visualizer. Its already programmed, but I scrapped it at the last minute because the values were way off from the MAC 700 I tested on. The sliders would tell you what the CMY value is for a gel, but again it was way off. The best way I could convert CMY values to RGB was based solely on the percentage of the slider. Which gave mixed results because the HEX values were only numbers.
