***typo. it should be "ColorWiz"
Anyone ever heard of or used it before? It's by Wybron I believe. A rental company has it here dirt cheap, which is prob for a reason, but I was wondering if it works well or not because i may want some cheap resources for the next show I've got coming up. |

I think that I read somewhere that someone used them with a power supply from ETC?
http://www.blue-room.org.uk/lofivers...hp/t14408.html EDIT: Just to note, all of ETC's signal distribution and conversion gear is distributed under the sub-brand of "Response", so that isn't much help for the unit (referencing the Blue Room post there)...

Odds are the are 0-10. Call the rental house to see what they actually are. I would be surprised if they were DMX made in 1987, and by surprised, i mean its nearly impossible. I wouldn't touch them with a 300 foot poll with a clown on the end. Get some forerunners or smartscrollers.

Were you planning to rent these old scrollers, or buy them outright?
