Title Blocks

So, I'm working on a project of coming up with an official company title block. I'm curious if anyone is willing to share what their title blocks look like.

I think I came up with a few good ones but maybe someone will spark a new idea for me.

For me, its the simple info such as, show, venue, producer (if they are paying the big bucks), director, Designer, Production Electrician, scale, drawing number of number, approved, file name, date, and if I really feel enlighten I will include some type of company/producing organization logo. I have yet to decide if I want to go to the long side title blocks that you see on architectural firm drawings. I have seen all kinds of shapes from triangles to circles and the occasional hour glass shape.
