grand MA and MSC
Has anyone slaved a board off of a grand MA?
Is it really as difficult as the manual makes it sound? Should I really just run the MA off the other board?

What do you want to do with the MA?
Do you want to run it for extra universes or do you want to run video and networking off it? It's not incredibly difficult to slave, but it depends on what you want to do with it. Let us know so we can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve! Cheers

-Hit TOOLS and touch MIDI SHOW CONTROL under the NETWORK section.
-Cycle the Disabled button under MIDI OUT until it says MIDI ENABLED. -Leave the Executor function at "All Page.Exec" if you want to always have Sequence #1 trigger the Obsession, otherwise, cycle it to "Default Only" to have whatever the Selected Executor (Push Select and push button above Executor you want to be selected, turns green on screen) is trigger the Obsession. -Click on Save when you're done.
