Great Article on Tracking Consoles

There was a side discussion in another recent thread on the difference between tracking and non-tracking consoles. I thought it was important enough to start a new thread. Good link, Gafftaper. Much of the information is expounded upon in Brad's book, The Automated Lighting Programmer's Handbook, Brad Schiller. Focal Press, 2004.

Also, here is a link to a show that is probably best programmed with tracking off, or Q-only, other than the builds. They called it "The Redneck Worlds of Winter" where I found it.
