You are right--the Wybron Revo scroller uses a normal clear frame.

If you MUST have CMY then it's time to move up to the Vari*Lite VL1000TS, at almost twice the cost. I've only used the VL1000AS, sometimes with CTO in the colorframe. Yes, finally, a moving light with a built-in 7.5" x 7.5" color frame holder.

hey now, twice the cost derek? Factor in the color scroller, gobo wheel and shutter modual with the Revolution and you are looking at about the same cost.
