Whole hog II fixture question

i have some wybron forerunner scrollers, and i can't find a profile for the fixture.

00 = frame 1
07 = frame 2
FL = frame 16

i have the pdf on how to add fixtures, but i'm not sure how to put the parameters in correctly for all 16 frames
