Default How do you pronounce "socapex"

Well? I've heard it as "sa-ko-pex" and "so-ka-pex"


I spelled it wrong in the actual poll can one of the admins please change that?

I say So-Ka
I never say Pex

I've seen the shortening Soco, pronounced "sock-o", before too.

Since Socaplex is a brand name we just call it "multi" or "mult." I also say Socko.

One the most common English language assumptions about the name of this product. One would think, what with our semi-greek based language, it would be soca - plex with plex being the common word ending meaning many / multi, but no, it's Pex since the name is a French Acronym. Check the definition posted in the wiki here, it's from an email I received from the patent holders.

I just call them Soco's as in So-Co, Not the first thing I went around mispronouncing for years! Oh well..
