Control/Dimming - Shaughnessy Edkotron 281

Manufactured May 1977. Any information on this thing. It appears to be a 6 channel control box. I found one in our dimmer vault(the door is a 2'x2' hole in the wall, they had to knock out as window to get the rack in). I can't seem to find any info on it other than that it is part of a dimmer system developed in the late 50's(Yes, we do still have one of gthe dimmer packs too, tossed a bunch of them a few years back but kept one). The dimmers were in use up until 2003 I believe(a years or two before I started here), The all blew during a single show and the repatched the entire show during the preformance(I hear much alcohol was consumed during that show).
