Default Double cut, R15

So I've been a fan of putting a double cut of R15 in fixtures for a while, and I used just that in my light show last year, and use it when doing small gigs. What I'd like to know is what you think the closest match do a double cut of R15 is in Rosco, in Lee, and in Gam. So grab 2 cuts of R15 (or destroy two swatchbooks if you have enough to do so...), and see what you think the closest match is for a single cut in Rosco, Lee, and in Gam. I'd much rather be able to specify single cuts instead of this double cut business (however sweet it may look).

You must be one of those rich kids who can go spending double on your color order. What a hideous color! You obviously have a sunset in every show you do. The closest I could come to R15x2 is L104x2; not much help I know, sorry. Did you try the Apollo line? I hear they make gels too.

No, I just happen to have extra in the gel folders. Everything else is always single cuts.

I almost always use it in my light shows and small concerts that I do. Goes well with R39 and with R95.

To be really obnoxious, I think you should specify R15+L104!

I cut my own gel, especially for these shows, so that'd be a resounding no.

Are you allowed to do that? Isn't that like, interracial genetic cross breeding? Won't we get in trouble with PETA or Focus on the Family or something?

Ninety percent of the corporate shows I do specify L201+R132 (or R119) in all SourceFours. I'm not aware of any law, yet, that requires keeping the color line "pure," which could lead to inbreeding and extra fingers.

But that is color and diffusion, thats a completely different type of matter all together now.
