Default Ever heard of the acronyms OPD/OCPD?

I know we try not to discuss electrical practices, but I doubt this violates any policies.

To avoid skewing the results, please hold all answers and guesses until after the poll closes on Sept. 24, 2008. Thanks.

Note that I did not ask for the answer or for speculations. To avoid skewing the results, please hold all answers and guesses until after the poll closes on Sept. 24, 2008. Thanks.

OPD... What does an Overfilling Prevention Device on my barbecue's propane tank have to do with lighting?

The funny thing is the number of things that each acronym could stand for.

Sorry, apparently I was being blind.... definitely didn't notice the poll. I just saw the title and assumed you were actually asking a legitimate question.

It's funny. You don't even need to be in the theatre industry to have heard these acronyms.

There are way too many meanings for any acronym. What's the context?

Reminds me of a riddle though:

Q. What does DNA stand for?

A. National Dyslexia Association
