Sorry for the EXTREMELY BELATED response! I just saw that I had a message on my member page. That emailed response that you speak of was recieved by me, the worlds not that crazy after all! I'm not sure if you have seen my post regarding my SmartColors that seem to be off a frame, but any input/advice is appreciated! Also, I talked to a man named Dave in technical support, he was amazing!, but anyway he reccomeded that I ship the scrollers back to the retailer who in turn would send them back to you guys to get repaired. He took my information and said that somone from the retailer would contact me soon regarding the return. It's been about 3 weeks since the conversation between Dave and I and I haven't recieved a call yet from the retailer. I know that that is in no way shape or form your fault nor do you have any control over the retailer, I'm just wondering what the next step is now, should I call you guys at Apollo again and repeat the process or should I call the retailer directly? I feel bad calling you guys again because I'm sure my issue is in the system and I don't want to waste anyone's time re-logging my issue when the fault lies on the retailer. But I feel that one of your technical support workers is more qualified to negotiate with the retailer and get my problem resolved. What's your advice?
