Hello Everyone

Hi,
I'm new to the industry, having just about completed my first year as the Manufacturing Manager at Creative Stage Lighting. I've been involved in manufacturing and quality assurance for the last 27 yrs but up until now I did not have any experience in the entertainment field.

I've learned a lot this first year but I realize that I have much more to learn. I just discovered this site yesterday and I already learned a lot from it and it helped me prepare for a presentation. Thanks to all the posters whose information has already helped me. In browsing through the threads I've already noticed a number of others that I'm looking forward to reading. Hopefully in the future I can not only learn from here but also help others with my own experience.

I look forward to spending much time here.
