Just a little about myself, I'm the Tech Dir at a small church, 200-300 members and I runthe sound, video, lights and sometimes even the vacuum cleaner! I am thankfull for ALL help.

Welcome to ControlBooth!
Believe it or not, that is not a small church! Most of the church's in America have 75 members or less. It used to be that a Mega church was when the membership topped 1500, now it's not a mega-church until they are over 15000. (or you call it by a new title, Ultra Mega Huge Church)
(My dad is the Pastor of a PCA church with about 250 members and we had a conversation about this a couple months ago)
