Howdy, y'all, from East Tennessee.

I'm Brandon Pisani, and I'm trying to reenter the wonderful world of entertainment after foolishly being gone for 5 years or so. My main focus was electrics (lighting) in my past theatre life, and I'm looking to get back in on that level. I'm also interested in learning rigging for stage and arenas.

As for trying to get back into the biz, I am doing volunteer work in my area for various theatres, and I'm on the overhire lists for the IA local and another org. I don't have the name of at the moment. I've been cruising BackstageJobs.com, USITT's listings, and several theatres' web sites looking for available work. Any other suggestions as to how to get back into a paid variety of theatre are most welcome.

I look forward to learning from you all here and sharing what little I do know.
