High School Newbie

I am the biggest techie at my high school and we just built a new performing arts center. We have all ETC products. ETC element. Source Four. Jr Zoom. And lustr and vivid-r. NO ONE knows how to run the lights I am the one to step up to the plate. Everything I know came from he internet and on my on research. I also work with sound, set, stage managment, EVERYTHING. Any advice is great no matter what. Thanks!
