Backstagejobs.com overhaul
If you have not seen it yet, go take a look at www.backstagejobs.com. The site has been re-launched and really looks great. They have improved the search functions and it now looks like very a professional site. My long time gripe with it was that it looked mid 90's web design and that made employers shy away from it. I have also noticed and improvement in the quality of the jobs posted. Go take a look and support this great site that helps everyone in the business. I personally owe a few jobs to backstagejobs.com.

well i will hand it to the website, it has MY STATE, AND IM IN OZ (australia)
but no jobs under any catagories though will continue to watch the site though
