Default Bye Bye Birdie at NITF

So my school just finished the spring production of Bye Bye Birdie and we have been given an invitation to perform a full length show at the National Invitational Theatre Festival in June for the 5th time, we plan to take the show in its entirety and we have the oppurtunity to change any part of the set that we wish as long as we can get it in a truck and the director likes the idea. So I am looking for anyone who might have any ideas because I have some but I was wondering what others of you thought, if you have done the show, pictures are always helpful. Thanks alot.

Whats stopping you to take what you already have.... or at least refitting it to be a bit more able road worthy.

What we had isnt really worthy of being called a set, it pretty much sucked, and since we have a big reputation of being one of the best schools at the festival I want it to be really good.
